The Customer Services Representatives service our policy holders and agents in a broad range of requests. The customer processing services may range from mortgagee changes, to billing questions, to resetting of agency and customer passwords. They may handle entry level requests from policy holders and agents. Customer Service Representatives service all customer needs and communicate the improvements to the system or process inefficiencies which are a result of increases in, or unacceptable, call volumes or technology related calls.
Our Call Center Hours will be Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm.
$15-$20 PER HR
