The Town of Charlestown is presently accepting


resumes for the position of Tax Assessment Clerk. This is a
full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.




Responsibilities to include various Tax Assessment office duties,
deed research, property transfers, data entry of property
characteristic, personal exemption procedures, tangible business
property calculations and all additional miscellaneous duties
relating to the operations of the Tax Assessors office. Public
relation skills and real estate knowledge are

Applicants must possess strong office skills and working knowledge
of Microsoft Word, Excel,


Outlook and other Assessment office software.





Salary $39,500, based on qualifications. Benefits,


including health, dental and life insurance along with retirement
pension, available. The Town of Charlestown is an E.O.E. Resumes
