Since 1972, Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services (SCES) has been the area's aging information and service center. SCES helps older people and people living with disabilities remain safe and independent in their own homes by providing a wide range of supportive services, as well as information and advice.

Job Description: Case Manager's are responsible for supporting the dignity and independence of older persons in need of assistance by assessing their situations, identifying unmet needs, arranging for, coordinating and monitoring services to meet those needs, and advocating with other agencies on behalf of the client.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field plus one-year human service experience. The ability to work as part of a team and knowledge of MS Word required. Bilingual in Spanish language a plus, Vehicle required. Promotional opportunities available.
Compensation: Mid to high $30s depending on degree, licensure and experience.
