Smeja Enterprises, located in McHenry, is seeking a candidate for an immediate, full time position of a Customer Service / Administrative Assistant within our family of companies.
Responsibilities: Coordination & support for sales team & customers; Daily communication to support our team with customer requests; Follow-ups; Job tracking; Typing; Calling customers, and customer follow-up; Searching for leads on projects, and customer's website usage; Light marketing; Cross-training in other roles.
Qualifications: General knowledge of the construction industry is a plus; Good time management is required; Communication skills, verbal & written; Critical thinking & problem solving ability; Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, as well as advanced computer skills; Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously; Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines; Possess good judgment & attention to detail; Energetic and positive attitude.
Hours (Full-time): Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with OT and Saturdays as needed.
