The Coordinator, Performance Improvement develops, implements and evaluates quality assurance, performance improvement and utilization review activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Previous experience in quality improvement and participation in organizational improvement efforts preferred.
Able to utilize a variety of computer software systems proficiently, as department requires.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Registered Nurse with a current Illinois License required. CPR certification required. Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle and proof of auto insurance may be required *CC
