The Customer Service Security Officer performs a variety of duties associated with visitor screening and providing information to employees, patients and visitors entering the facility. Assists Security Officers in maintaining a safe and secure environment by reporting unusual activities and occurrences.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Previous security experience and/or training in customer service preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must complete within 90 days of employment: Professional Security Training Network (PSTN) Customer Service course Certification.
Must complete within 180 days of employment: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certification, and National Incident Management System (NIMS) Independent Study (IS) Courses 100 and 200, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) certification.
