The Director, Environmental Services supervises and carries out the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with the current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator to assure that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Directly supervises employee(s). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in general maintenance practices and procedures of a long term care facility. Supervisory experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
