Team oriented, casual, energetic office is looking for an Administrative Coordinator! This is an excellent opportunity to use your administrative background, organizational skills and willingness to learn. $17 per hour, contract to hire. Old Saybrook area.
Administrative responsibilities include:
- Plan, organize, and conduct compliance audits for all client files
- Identify compliance issues and work with the team on appropriate corrective action plan
- Support departmental projects and improvement initiatives as needed
- Prepare and submit legal files
- Corresponding with customers
- File and maintain records
- Assist in all other departments as needed.
- Strong Excel and MS Word knowledge including mail merge
- Solid proofreading abilities
- Superb communication skills, both oral and written
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a professional office environment
