MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Participates in all aspects of art and copy layouts for material to be presented by visual communications media such as books, magazines, newspapers, television, electronic media, signage, public relations and social media, web advertising, packaging including but not limited to all design needs of the company relating to marketing and advertising.

* Prepare marketing and advertising campaign concepts according to project guidelines
* Prioritize, track, handle and maintain records of the elements, costs and time schedules of design projects
* Consults with clients of M Vision to evaluate project needs
* Prepares presentation materials
* Selects and obtains estimates from vendors
* Manage departmental library of artwork, archiving it for efficient retrieval
* Press check work to ensure quality control
* Other duties applicable to design, photography and production relating to project needs
* Perform related work as requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EXPERIENCE: 5 YEARS MIN. REQUIREMENT IN DESIGN, PRE-PRESS PRODUCTION AND 3 YEARS OF ALL ASPECTS OF HOTEL-SPA-CASINO DESIGN EXPERIENCE.

EDUCATION: High School or GED equivalent. Design School or related studies desired but not mandatory

SKILLS: Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, regulations,policies and procedures. Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident, and well-groomed manner. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. Good organizational skills required. Excellent communication skills. Read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Knowledge of MAC design equipment and associated programs. Must be proficient in Creative Suite 5 or 6.
